HYROX Dallas 2026: Where to Fuel Up & Recover Downtown

Eight runs. Eight stations. One very big appetite. HYROX Dallas takes over the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center November 18 to 22. When you cross the finish line, we'll have a table waiting.

Warm-up: Fuel up

Toussaint opens at 11 am on weekdays and 10 am on weekends. Grab brunch or lunch before your heat. Carbs count as training. We checked.

The commute: Ride the rail

DART Red and Blue Line trains stop at Convention Center Station, right next to the venue. Save your legs for the sled push.

Cooldown: Eat everything

You just ran 8 km and hauled sandbags. Come back for dinner with your doubles partner or relay crew. Our bar is open until 11 pm for the victory toast.

Hype squad: We see you

Cheering someone on? Make a day of it at the venue, then meet your athlete at Toussaint. Dinner is on whoever had the slower wall balls.

Rest day: Stay downtown
